"A federal judge on Monday temporarily allowed an offshore wind farm to keep building after yet another attempt by the Trump administration to halt it.
Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, issued a preliminary injunction halting a stop-work order the Trump administration issued against Revolution Wind.
The Trump administration ordered Revolution Wind, along with four similar projects, to stop construction for 90 days, claiming national security concerns.
President Trump has held a long-standing distaste for offshore wind and has a stated goal not to build any more wind energy projects under his administration."
